Complaint
When you shop at Rosenjwellery, we of course offer - according to Danish law 2 years warranty on our jewelry. In the event of any errors or omissions, you must contact Rosenjewellery as soon as possible so that the error can be corrected.
The right of complaint can be used if the item contains manufacturing defects, is defective, or has defects at the time of purchase. We distinguish between manufacturing defects, wear and tear and misuse.
Production defects mean defects in the production of the jewellery, and the right of complaint covers.
Wear and tear is not covered by the right of complaint, and means that the jewellery has been used for a long time, and that it must therefore be expected that the jewellery has been worn. Therefore, worn gold coatings and rhodium plating are subject to wear and tear, as this happens after prolonged use of the jewellery.

Improper use is not covered by the right of complaint, and is when jewelry has been exposed to damage, as a result of improper use, or mishandling of the jewelry. Of course, self-inflicted damage to the jewelry is not covered either.
As a customer, you are responsible for wearing the jewelery with care and otherwise following Rosenjewellery's guidelines.
